Cozy, small-group workshops at our Chelsea studio. Explore hand building, paint-your-own pottery, seasonal projects, and wheel throwing in a relaxed, creative setting.
We pop up all over—with community partners, at special events, or right in your space. Book us for private gatherings or corporate team building. All ages, all levels—just bring your curiosity.
Community is at the center of everything we do. We partner with local organizations and events to create welcoming, hands-on experiences that bring people together. No pressure, no perfection—just connection, creativity, and curiosity.
Curiouser Clay is a mobile clay studio with a cozy home studio, too—where play comes first and there’s no pressure to get it “right.”
Join us at our place, find us out in the community, or invite us to bring the workshop to you. In two hours, you’ll try something new, make something entirely your own, and enjoy a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity.
Eli is a community arts facilitator, artist, and creative activist whose work lives at the intersection of art, access, and belonging. As the founder of Curiouser Clay, she creates mobile, hands-on ceramics experiences that invite people into play, connection, and shared making.
With a background spanning over two decades in education, experiential design, and community facilitation, Eli is driven by a commitment to creative equity—designing spaces where all people, particularly those historically excluded from arts access, can participate, lead, and be seen.
She is also the founder of Moxie Works, a nonprofit initiative building inclusive studio environments for artists with diverse abilities. Whether through pop-ups, workshops, or large-scale community projects, Eli’s work asks a simple question: what becomes possible when everyone is invited to the table?
Moxie Works is our nonprofit initiative dedicated to expanding access to creative experiences through clay.
Through inclusive workshops, community partnerships, and public art projects, Moxie Works creates space for people of all ages and abilities to connect, express themselves, and feel a sense of belonging.
From working with individuals with disabilities to hosting community-centered installations and outreach programs, this work is rooted in the belief that art should be accessible to everyone.
